Resilience Coaching exists because even the best strategies depend on people to perform under pressure.

The idea for resiliencecoaching.io and Renovia (the company behind the website) was born from founder, Andrew Bradshaw MSc, experience across different industries and direct exposure to legal processes and business change. Over time, one pattern kept repeating: even the most carefully designed plans for growth, takeover, restructuring, or litigation could falter if the people responsible for leading and implementing them did not have the psychological steadiness to perform when it mattered most.

In many organisations, most effort goes into the technical and strategic plan. Less attention is given to the leaders, owners, and key individuals at the centre of those plans—the very people whose ability to think clearly, communicate steadily, and stay engaged under sustained pressure will ultimately determine whether a plan succeeds or fails. The same is true for people involved in high-stakes legal matters or navigating personally demanding periods: the quality of the outcome often depends on how well they can function, not just on the formal process around them.

Renovia was founded to address that gap. The practice exists to support those who are relied upon to perform when it matters most—to a company, to a case, or to their own lives. The focus is on resilience coaching for people under pressure: helping them stay clearer, steadier, and more able to respond constructively when circumstances are demanding.

Through Renovia and resiliencecoaching.io, the aim is to offer calm, practical, and serious support for:

  • business owners, directors, and senior leaders carrying significant responsibility

  • individuals involved in litigation who need to remain engaged and functional across a long process

  • private individuals facing hardship, prolonged stress, or major change

The work is not about quick fixes or abstract motivation. It is about strengthening the human side of performance under pressure, person by person, so that well‑designed plans have a better chance of being realised—and the people at the centre have a better chance of getting through intact.
